Ingredients
  

Buffalo Chicken Filling

  • 1.5 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 0.25 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 0.33 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Dough

  • 1 can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits 8-count can

Toppings

  • 2 tablespoons salted butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder

Dipping Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons blue cheese dressing or ranch dressing

Instructions
 

Preparation and Cooking

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine chicken, Buffalo sauce, and shredded mozzarella.
  • Flatten each biscuit to about ⅛-inch thick. Divide the Buffalo mixture equally between each biscuit. Pinch the edges to seal and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  • Bake until golden brown and hot throughout, about 15 minutes.
  • Stir melted butter, parsley, and garlic powder together; brush over biscuits after removing from the oven.
  • Serve with blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping.

Notes

These bombs can be served with a variety of dipping sauces for extra flavor.
