Ingredients
  

  • 1 tortilla regular, low-carb, or gluten-free tortilla garden spinach herb wrap used
  • 1 teaspoon light mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard optional
  • 2-3 leaves lettuce
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese
  • 3 slices turkey
  • 1 slice turkey bacon cooked and sliced into tiny pieces
  • 3-4 slices tomato
  • ¼ avocado sliced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat your wrap tortilla in the microwave or in a lightly greased skillet (you can skip this if you prefer cold wraps).
  • Spread mayonnaise and mustard (optional) evenly on the tortilla.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients: cheddar cheese, turkey, lettuce, tomato, avocado, and bacon bits in the center of the wrap. Top with salt and pepper if desired.
  • Roll very tightly and slice down the center.
