- 1 tortilla regular, low-carb, or gluten-free tortilla garden spinach herb wrap used
- 1 teaspoon light mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon mustard optional
- 2-3 leaves lettuce
- 2 slices cheddar cheese
- 3 slices turkey
- 1 slice turkey bacon cooked and sliced into tiny pieces
- 3-4 slices tomato
- ¼ avocado sliced
- salt and pepper to taste
Heat your wrap tortilla in the microwave or in a lightly greased skillet (you can skip this if you prefer cold wraps).
Spread mayonnaise and mustard (optional) evenly on the tortilla.
Add the rest of the ingredients: cheddar cheese, turkey, lettuce, tomato, avocado, and bacon bits in the center of the wrap. Top with salt and pepper if desired.
Roll very tightly and slice down the center.
