Instructions
Assembling the Board
Arrange cheeses around the serving board. Pre-slice hard cheeses for easier serving and cut wedges out of the brie to encourage guests.
Fold meats in a variety of patterns.
Arrange pickled items such as pickles and olives in designated spaces.
Place condiments next to their paired cheeses in separate jars to keep the board clean.
Pre-cut grapes and slice apples, rinse and pat dry berries. Arrange fruit next to their paired cheeses.
Place nuts and extras next to soft cheeses. Chocolate pairs well with cheese.
Arrange crackers and toasts in remaining spaces or in a shallow bowl for serving.
