Cheesecake Filling
- 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
Topping
- ½ cup Graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tablespoon Butter, melted
Baking Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Wash and core the apples, leaving the bottom intact.
In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth.
Fill each apple with the cheesecake mixture.
In another bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and cinnamon until crumbly.
Top each apple with the graham cracker mixture.
Drizzle with lemon juice and bake in a baking dish for 25-30 minutes or until tender.
