Ingredients
  

Apples

  • 4 Apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp recommended)

Cheesecake Filling

  • 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Topping

  • ½ cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoon Butter, melted

Instructions
 

Baking Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Wash and core the apples, leaving the bottom intact.
  • In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth.
  • Fill each apple with the cheesecake mixture.
  • In another bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and cinnamon until crumbly.
  • Top each apple with the graham cracker mixture.
  • Drizzle with lemon juice and bake in a baking dish for 25-30 minutes or until tender.
  • Allow to cool slightly before serving.
