Meat and Vegetables
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ cup onion, diced
- 1 piece green bell pepper, diced
- 2 teaspoon Montreal steak seasoning
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 6 pieces hoagie rolls
- 1.5 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 pieces green onions, thinly sliced
Cooking Instructions
Cook beef, onion, bell pepper, and steak seasoning in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 8 minutes or until beef is crumbly and onion is lightly browned and tender. Drain and return to skillet.
Add garlic; cook 1 minute or until fragrant. Reduce heat to medium, and stir in soup and Worcestershire; cook 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Divide beef mixture among rolls; top with cheese and green onions.
