  • 1.5 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 banana fresh or frozen

Other Ingredients

  • 0.5 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder add protein powder if desired

Preparation

  • Add all of your ingredients to a blender and puree until smooth. Divide between 2 glasses to serve.

Notes

Add your favorite chocolate protein powder instead of cocoa powder for extra protein. Adjust sweetness as preferred with maple syrup, agave nectar or dates. Use frozen strawberries and banana for a thicker smoothie.
