  • 1 ripe banana frozen if desired
  • 1 cup pineapple fresh or frozen
  • 2 teaspoon organic matcha powder
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tablespoon pure maple syrup to taste
  • small handful ice
