For the Base
- 1 cup Cottage Cheese full-fat for extra tenderness
- 1 cup Oats quick or rolled oats
- ½ cup Honey can substitute with maple syrup or agave
- 1 cup Flour whole wheat is preferred

Method
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine cottage cheese, honey, and other wet ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth.
Whisk together the oats, flour, baking powder, and cinnamon in another bowl.
Gradually fold the wet and dry ingredients together until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them evenly.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are gold.
Rotate the baking sheet halfway through the baking time. Let cool on a wire rack.
