- 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 16 oz chicken broth
- 2 cans condensed cream of potato soup
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can corn kernels drained well
- 1 small onion diced
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup milk
Place the boneless chicken, chicken broth, cream of potato soup, creamed corn, drained corn kernels, diced onion, black pepper, salt, and milk into your crock pot.
Stir to combine and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through.
When the chicken is cooked pull the meat apart with two forks and stir.
