  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 2 cups cottage cheese full-fat or low-fat
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder optional

Instructions
 

Prepare the Crust

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese and self-rising flour until a sticky dough forms. Add optional seasonings if using.
  • Transfer dough to the loaf pan, smoothing the top. Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
