Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb lean ground beef Use lean beef to avoid excess grease.
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 3 tablespoon diced onion Dice small for even cooking.
  • 2 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon shredded cheese Plus more for topping.
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 12-cup muffin pan with nonstick spray.
  • In a large bowl, mix ground beef, bread crumbs, mustard, garlic powder, diced onion, and cheese.
  • Press biscuit dough into bottom of muffin cups.
  • Top each biscuit with beef mixture and press down gently.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes until biscuit edges are golden.
  • Cool for 5-10 minutes before removing from pan. Serve warm.

Notes

Bake until the edges are golden brown. Cool slightly before removing to help them hold their shape.
