- 20 ounces Pineapple chunks drained
- ¾ cup Sugar
- 3 tablespoons All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup Butter
- ½ cup Pecans chopped
Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a square baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Spread drained pineapple on bottom of dish.
Mix sugar and flour and sprinkle over pineapple.
Sprinkle grated cheese over pineapple.
Melt butter and stir in crushed crackers. Sprinkle over the top.
Top with chopped pecans and bake for 20 - 25 minutes until lightly browned.
