Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs fresh green beans
  • 1-2 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Wash and dry the green beans. Cut off the ends and lay them on the cookie sheet.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss the green beans together with tongs until coated with olive oil.
  • Roast the green beans for 10-12 minutes and remove from oven. The green beans should be softened and have some coloring.
  • Sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the green beans and add the garlic. Toss to coat the green beans in cheese and garlic.
  • Roast for another 5-7 minutes. Be careful not to burn the garlic!
  • Remove from the oven and enjoy as a side dish to your favorite meal.
