Ingredients
  

Citrus and Vegetables

  • 1 large orange
  • 3 medium satsuma
  • 1 medium lime
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 2 teaspoon ground ginger fresh grated

Instructions
 

  • Peel the ginger. Peel and wash the carrot. Using a normal handheld grater or a food processor with a grating capability, grate the carrot and the ginger into small bits.
  • Juice the orange into a large measuring jug. Juice the lime and the satsumas. Add the citrus juice, the grated carrot and the grated ginger into a blender. Mix until all ingredients are fully combined. Depending on the blender, the result will be smoother or slightly pulpier. You can take your shot with bits if you like, or you can use a sieve to remove all bits from the juice.
  • You can store in the fridge and take one wellness shot every morning.

Notes

You can replace the orange with a normal orange if you prefer your wellness shot a little sweeter. If you prefer your wellness shot to be fierier, add more ginger. The consistency will not change.
