Ingredients
  

  • 4.5 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce use vegan Worcestershire sauce for vegan option
  • 2 tablespoon sugar plus more to taste
  • 5 tablespoon ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon oyster sauce use vegetarian option if allergic to shellfish

Instructions
 

  • Gather all the ingredients.
  • In a jar or small bowl, combine 4½ tablespoon Worcestershire sauce and 2 tablespoon sugar. Whisk well until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  • Then, add 5 tablespoon ketchup and 2 tablespoon oyster sauce and whisk until combined. Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning.
  • Enjoy this sauce as a condiment for various Japanese foods.

Notes

Store in an airtight container and keep in the refrigerator for up to 2–3 weeks or freezer for 3–4 months.
