Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz green beans trimmed
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon salted butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil on the stovetop. Add the green beans. Boil for 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove the green beans from the pot and place immediately into a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process.
  • Dry the green beans with paper towels.
  • Add cooking spray to a large skillet or pan on the stove over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the blanched green beans.
  • Sauté the beans for 3-5 minutes, until slightly blistered and browned.
  • Turn the heat to low heat. Add the butter, honey, and minced garlic cloves. Combine.
  • Sauté for another 1-2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve and enjoy!

This dish is perfect as a side for any main course and can be made in just 20 minutes.
