  • 1 pre-made flatbread or pizza crust Flatbread
  • 1 cup Fresh blueberries
  • ½ cup Crumbled feta cheese
  • ¼ cup Hot honey
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon Dried thyme
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place flatbread on a baking sheet.
  • Brush the flatbread with olive oil and sprinkle with dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
  • Evenly scatter blueberries and crumbled feta cheese over the flatbread.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is slightly melted.
  • Remove from oven and drizzle generously with hot honey.
  • Garnish with fresh basil leaves, slice, and serve warm.
