How to Make Crab Bombs

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, gently combine the crab meat, cream cheese, mayo, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, and chives.
  • Using your hands, scoop the mixture and form it into small balls, about the size of a golf ball, then roll each ball in panko breadcrumbs.
  • Place the coated crab bombs on the baking sheet, giving them space to expand.
  • Bake the crab bombs for about 15 minutes, or until they turn golden brown.
  • Serve your crab bombs hot with a side of spicy remoulade or fresh lemon wedges.
