How to Make Crab Bombs
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, gently combine the crab meat, cream cheese, mayo, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, and chives.
Using your hands, scoop the mixture and form it into small balls, about the size of a golf ball, then roll each ball in panko breadcrumbs.
Place the coated crab bombs on the baking sheet, giving them space to expand.
Bake the crab bombs for about 15 minutes, or until they turn golden brown.
Serve your crab bombs hot with a side of spicy remoulade or fresh lemon wedges.
