Mango sticky rice is a classic Thai dessert featuring creamy sticky rice and juicy mango.

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Sticky rice bio
  • 280 ml Coconut milk bio, from the jungle
  • 80 g Sugar
  • Ripe mangoes

Instructions
 

  • The day before: rinse the rice and soak it in warm water (at least 3 hours).
  • Drain the rice before steaming for 30 minutes covered.
  • Meanwhile, gently heat the coconut milk and sugar, stirring without boiling.
  • When the sugar has dissolved, pour the rice into the warm sauce. Mix and let absorb for 10 minutes. Gently stir and let rest for another 10 minutes.
  • Serve warm with slices of juicy mango.

Notes

This dessert is best enjoyed warm and can be adjusted with more or less sugar depending on taste.
