Ingredients
  

Flour Mixture

  • 150 g all-purpose flour
  • 150 g glutinous rice flour
  • 40 g sugar
  • 10 g baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 260 g plant-based yogurt

Instructions
 

Donut Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the flours, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • Mix well and then add the yogurt. Knead the dough until smooth.
  • Divide the dough into 6 pieces, roll into strips, and cut into 8 pieces each.
  • Shape into balls, place on parchment paper, and fry until golden brown.
  • Glaze the mochi donuts with a mixture of powdered sugar and lemon juice.
