Instructions
Add orange juice concentrate to a blend. Pulse until it becomes an icy liquid.
Add Cool Whip, honey and 3 cups ice. Blend until smooth.
Continue to add ice 1 cup at a time until desired consistency is achieved. Serve immediately.
