  • 10 cl milk

  • 70 g sugar
  • 1 pinch salt

  • 1 c. à c. baking powder

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • Mash the ripe bananas in a bowl.
  • Add the beaten eggs, sugar, salt, and baking powder. Mix well.
  • Add the flour and mix again.
  • Pour in the milk while continuing to mix. The batter should be thick.
  • Let the mixture rest for 10 minutes at room temperature.
  • In a lightly oiled frying pan, pour small rounds of batter, spacing them apart.
  • Cook until golden, approximately 1 minute, then flip to cook the other side.
  • Repeat with the remaining batter.

Notes

Serve warm with maple syrup or fresh fruit.
