Peach Smoothie
A refreshing peach smoothie made with frozen peaches, banana, milk, and yogurt.

- 2 cups frozen peach slices about 10 ounces, plus more for garnish
- ½ ripe banana peeled
- ¾ cup milk
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. honey plus more to taste
- pinch of ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp. grated fresh ginger optional
In a blender, combine the peaches, banana, milk, yogurt, honey, cinnamon, and ginger, if using. Blend on low to break up the peaches, stopping to scrape down the sides of the blender, as needed. Increase the speed to high and blend until very smooth, about 20 seconds. Taste and add additional honey, if desired. Divide between 2 glasses and garnish each with a peach slice.
