Ingredients
  

Wet Ingredients

  • ¼ cup maple syrup or honey
  • ¾ cup natural peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 eggs

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • ¾ cup pumpkin puree not pumpkin pie filling
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt omit if nut butter used is salted

Optional Ingredients

  • ½ cup chocolate chips optional + for sprinkling on top

Instructions
 

Baking Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  • Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips in a large bowl. Stir until thoroughly combined.
  • Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the loaf comes out clean and the top of the loaf is completely set.
  • Remove from oven and let cool for 30 minutes before enjoying.
  • Store leftovers in an air-tight container in fridge for up to 5 days.
