Ingredients
  

Salad

  • 16 oz salad spring mix
  • 2 pears, sliced
  • 2 cups chopped walnuts
  • 5 oz dried cranberries
  • 5 oz crumbled blue cheese

Dressing

  • cup olive oil use extra virgin for best flavor
  • 3 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a large salad bowl, add lettuce. Add sliced pears, chopped walnuts, dried cranberries, and crumbled blue cheese.
  • Mix together all of the dressing ingredients in a glass measuring cup.
  • Pour dressing overtop of salad and toss until well combined. Serve!

Notes

This salad can be served as a side or a light main dish.
