Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups filtered water See Note 1
  • 10 bags green tea See Note 2
  • 1 cup pineapple juice See Note 3
  • ½ cup sugar or to taste, See Note 4
  • ice to serve

Instructions
 

  • In a pot/saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
  • Pour the sugar in the water, and stir until dissolved.
  • Remove from the heat and add the tea bags. Leave them to steep for about 8-10 minutes.
  • Stir in the pineapple juice.
  • Place into a pitcher, and allow to cool slightly at room temperature before refrigerating.
  • When serving, add ice and enjoy!

Notes

It is essential to use filtered/un-chlorinated water for the best taste. Use fresh pineapple juice, and not concentrate. For keto-friendly, substitute sugar with a sugar alternative.
