- ml Frying oil
Peel the plantain and cut diagonally into pieces ¼-½ inch thick.
In a pan, heat frying oil over low to medium heat and add the plantain slices.
Cook until golden brown on both sides, then scoop out using Loisa’s skimmer and place on a paper towel lined plate to drain.
