  • 1.5 lbs Ground Beef

Sauce

  • 2 cans Tomato Sauce 15 oz. each
  • 2 teaspoon Minced Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Dairy

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 8 oz Sour Cream
  • 1.5 cups Cheddar Cheese

Pasta

  • 8 oz Egg Noodles

Instructions
 

Cooking

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • Cook the ground beef in a skillet until browned, draining excess grease.
  • Add minced garlic and Italian seasoning to the skillet; cook for 30 seconds.
  • Mix in sugar, then pour in tomato sauce, adding salt and pepper; simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  • In a separate bowl, mix sour cream and cream cheese until smooth.
  • Boil egg noodles until desired doneness, then drain.
  • Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish, layering half the noodles, cream cheese mixture, and meat sauce.
  • Repeat the layers with remaining noodles, cream, and meat.
  • Top with cheddar cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
