Ingredients
  

For the Fruit Puree

  • 1 cup Raspberries Fresh or frozen
  • 2 medium Peaches Sliced

For the Lemonade Base

  • 1 cup Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed
  • ¾ cup Granulated Sugar Adjust to taste
  • 4 cups Water Sparkling water for a fizzy twist

For Serving

  • 2 cups Ice Cubes Essential for serving chilled
  • ¼ cup Fresh Mint Leaves For garnish

Preparation

  • Rinse the raspberries under cold water and slice the peaches into thin wedges.
  • Blend the raspberries and peach slices until smooth, then strain if desired to remove any seeds.
  • In a large pitcher, combine the smooth fruit puree with freshly squeezed lemon juice and granulated sugar. Stir until sugar is fully dissolved.
  • Pour in the water and mix well. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, then serve over ice garnished with fresh mint leaves.
