For the Fruit Puree
- 1 cup Raspberries Fresh or frozen
- 2 medium Peaches Sliced
For the Lemonade Base
- 1 cup Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed
- ¾ cup Granulated Sugar Adjust to taste
- 4 cups Water Sparkling water for a fizzy twist
For Serving
- 2 cups Ice Cubes Essential for serving chilled
- ¼ cup Fresh Mint Leaves For garnish
Preparation
Rinse the raspberries under cold water and slice the peaches into thin wedges.
Blend the raspberries and peach slices until smooth, then strain if desired to remove any seeds.
In a large pitcher, combine the smooth fruit puree with freshly squeezed lemon juice and granulated sugar. Stir until sugar is fully dissolved.
Pour in the water and mix well. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, then serve over ice garnished with fresh mint leaves.
