Ingredients
  

Bread Ingredients

  • 4 cups Bread Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Active Dry Yeast Proof in warm water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Warm Water About 110°F
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

Filling Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes Chopped, preferably packed in oil
  • 8 ounces Fresh Mozzarella Diced and patted dry

Garlic-Herb Butter

  • ½ cup Butter Melted
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Herbs Such as parsley or basil

Instructions
 

Bread Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine bread flour, yeast, and salt.
  • Add warm water and olive oil, mix until a dough forms.
  • Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  • Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour.

Filling and Shaping

  • Chop the sun-dried tomatoes and mozzarella into small pieces.
  • Divide the dough into equal pieces and flatten each piece.
  • Fill each piece with sun-dried tomatoes and mozzarella, then shape into a ball.
  • Arrange the balls in a greased baking pan, allowing space between them.
  • Let rise again for 20-30 minutes.

Baking

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Make deep cuts in each dough ball using kitchen shears.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
  • While baking, melt butter and mix with garlic and herbs.
  • Brush the garlic-herb butter over the hot bread immediately after baking.

Notes

Allow the bread to cool slightly before serving for easier pulling and safer eating.
